ACO Food – TrayChannel 200 Ladder grate	The linear channels are to be ACO’s TrayChannel 200 as supplied by ACO Pty Ltd. Channel shall be 170mm overall width and variable in length. Channel shall be designed in accordance with the hygiene principals recommended in EN 1672. Channel is to be manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel with a solid edge and V-profile for full drainage, with a minimum slope of 1%. All internal radiuses must be larger than 3mm for ease of cleaning with no welded corners or continuously welded lap joints. Channel shall be fitted with fixed and removable strainers and be supplied with fully-welded anti-slip stainless steel Ladder grates, load rated to R50 (according to EN 1253, similar to B80 according to AS 3996)/ load rated to M125 (according to EN 1253, similar to C150 according to AS 3996).
